Assisi has to offer. Just a short walk to the Basilica of St Francis, it allowed for easy sightseeing. However, the absence of an elevator posed a challenge, especially after long days of wandering through the beautiful town.

Location is impeccable for exploring local attractions. The breakfast was satisfying with a nice variety. The ability to watch the lively street scene from my window was an added bonus!

While some aspects were pleasant, the absence of an elevator made navigating luggage a hassle, especially given the narrow staircase leading to the rooms.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Properzio. The location was perfect, just steps away from the Basilica, which made exploring Assisi immensely enjoyable. The breakfast was a real treat, featuring a great variety of fresh options, including lovely pastries.

Being a culinary explorer, the breakfast here was a delightful wake-up call! The aroma of freshly baked croissants filled the air, and the variety was just epic. Plus, the staff were incredibly helpful, making my stay feel more like family than just a hotel visit.

However, the posted notices are terribly misleading! After trudging down those two flights of stairs for breakfast, I found no service at all. It was dark and a little sketchy navigating the halls at dawn, especially with no elevator. My knees were protesting after hauling my bag up to the locked front door, only to wait for ages in the dark. Quite the adventure, but not ideal!

We loved the perfect location for exploring Assisi with kiddo and the great breakfast. The freshly baked pastries and the helpful staff made our mornings feel special. Clean rooms contributed to a relaxing stay after long days of sightseeing.

Loved the basic triple room! It had air conditioning and a spacious private bathroom. The walk-in shower was nice after a long day. Free toiletries, good heating, and a comfy flat-screen TV added to the experience. Breakfast was awesome with a variety of fresh options. Great vibes from the location!
